High Expansion Foam Generators

The high-expansion foam generator is a product belonging to the family of foam discharge device. Thanks to its very high expansion ratio (liters of foam obtained from each liter of water-foam mixture), it is capable of producing vast quantities of expanded foam. For this reason, the high-expansion foam generator is used to saturate the volume of large enclosed spaces.

High-expansion foam generators come in various sizes and flow capacities. All models consist of a body and a stainless steel mesh, while only some are equipped with a hydraulic turbine capable of driving a fan. The fan forces air through the mesh, generating a mass of foam bubbles.

High-expansion foam generators are typically mounted on the walls or ceilings of large enclosed spaces and are supplied by a foam mixing system, such as a foam bladder tank.
