Control System for Electric Monitors
Fierre can provide a customizable control system for electric monitors, tailored to the customer's specific needs. The control panel system is available in both electromechanical and electronic versions, offering automated solutions managed by PLCs and equipped with management software designed to meet specific plant requirements. By equipping the monitor with the appropriate devices (e.g., encoders/potentiometers), it can be fully automated and controlled according to the auto-positioning and logic defined through the control software.
Electric control systems range from standalone solutions for managing a single monitor to advanced configurations for controlling multiple monitors, where decentralized controls are connected to a central control unit via multicable or a fiber optic network. Depending on specific needs, the control system can be implemented with compact PLCs or through the integration of multiple interconnected modules.
The electric monitor control system is available for both safe area installation and as an ATEX-certified version for classified areas.
The control panels are available in various materials and configurations. The control setup is customizable to meet customer requirements: the control panel can be equipped with joysticks and buttons for operating the monitor’s movements, nozzle, and valves.
Upon request, by integrating a radio receiver and transmitter, a wireless control system can also be provided.
